James Wilson "is a faculty member of the Departments of Pediatrics, Radiology, and Microbiology & Immunology and the Division Head of Integrated Biodefense at the Imaging Science and Information System (ISIS) Center. He is also a member of the Center for Infectious Disease (CID). He is an international expert in the use of non-traditional data for integrated biosurveillance that spans the plant, animal, and human infectious disease concern. He is also an expert in the application of disparate data sources towards integrated biodefense and the identification of novel epidemic Indications and Warnings (I&Ws) as well as a researcher in the field of Remotely Sensed Epidemic Surveillance (RSEPIS)."
