Jeffrey Buenger, Director of Government Relations of the International Commission on Missing Persons.

"Jeffrey D. Buenger has been with the ICMP since November 2002, from when he commenced as Head of the Skopje Office, which completed its work in 2004. Since July 2004 he has served in his current position. Previous to joining ICMP, Mr. Buenger served as legal counsel to the OSCE Election Appeals Sub-Commission for the first two post-conflict elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, then moving to serve as Return Advisor with OSCE Croatia and Human Rights Legal Advisor with the UN Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNMIBH). In 2000, he was called to assist in establishing the OSCE election adjudication body for the first elections in Kosovo. He has also worked for the Office of the UN High Commissioner on Human Rights. He graduated with his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1995, after completing a B.A. in Economics at Texas A&M University." [1]
