Jen Gherardi "is the Director of Nonprofit Partnerships at WellGood LLC, a consulting and marketing firm providing strategic planning, web implementation, and marketing services to help nonprofits fulfill their missions. She works closely with nonprofit partners to foster knowledge-sharing, expand networks and help develop integrated online fundraising and marketing strategies, as well as more effective donor communications.

"She is a project consultant for the Potohar Organization for Development Advocacy (PODA) in Islamabad, Pakistan. Jen created a training-of-trainer manual entitled Building Civic Leadership & Advocacy Skills for Rural Community Activists, and also provides PODA with technical assistance in donor reporting, proposal writing, budget preparation and donor cultivation.

"From 2000-2005, Jen was the Associate Program Director at the American Forum for Global Education. In this capacity, she directed Youth Leadership Development Programs to Turkey and to the Ukraine, and organized a World Affairs Challenge event on child rights in which high school students presented research for a panel of NGO experts and UN representatives. Jen also served as project manager and editor for curriculum resources including Spears, Plows and Special Seeds: A World History of Technology and Food Production, The Search for Identity: Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States and Teaching Contemporary South Asia, a web-based curriculum resource funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities.

"She has extensive experience living and working in several regions of the world including Pakistan, India, China, Mexico, Central America, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Turkey and New Zealand. Jen graduated from Oberlin College with a BA in History, and received her MA in Comparative and International Education from Columbia University." [1]
