Biographical Information

"Jennifer has 14 years of experience in helping governments, companies and investors understand how climate change, energy, clean tech and sustainability policies affect their business decisions. She leads Bio-Logical Capital in integrating policy issues with its business decisions and project analysis. Prior to joining the company, Jennifer was a Vice President on the Advisory team at Climate Change Capital, an investment bank focused on the opportunities created by the transition to a low carbon economy. She is also CEO of PEARonline, a provider of Web-based reporting services for private equity general partners. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of the Pacific, her JD from Santa Clara University and her Ph.D. in climate change policy from the University of London."[1]
