Biographical Information

"Ms. Dea is the Chief Executive Officer of Beckwith Investment Corp., a private investment and advisory company. From 2003 to 2008, Ms. Dea worked with BMO Financial Group, most recently as Executive Vice President, Head of Strategic Management and Corporate Marketing. In that capacity, she was responsible for strategy development and performance management, branding and customer experience and major change initiatives. From 1989 to 2003, Ms. Dea worked at the Boston Consulting Group and its predecessor firm, Canada Consulting Group, where she was a leader on issues of global competitiveness, customer experience strategies and financial services. She became a partner in 1994. She began her career in Corporate Finance with Chemical Bank. In addition to her role as a Director of the Corporation, Ms. Dea is a member of the Board of Directors of Torstar Corporation and is a leader with several community organizations. She was named one of the 100 most powerful women in Canada in 2007."[1]
