Biographical Information

"Mr. John M. Chapman is a Principal at Arcade Partners, LLC. Mr. Chapman is the Founder of Kapstone Paper and Packaging Corporation (formerly Stone Arcade Acquisition Corp.). He has been in the private equity and investment banking industries since 1983. He served as a Managing Director of Washington & Congress Managers, LLC, for which Mr. Chapman was also the Founder. At W&C and at Triumph, he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and monitoring portfolio investments. Mr. Chapman served in the corporate finance department of Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1983 to 1990, where he was responsible for raising over $2 billion of debt and equity capital, and advising on numerous mergers and acquisitions. He has been a Director of Kapstone Paper and Packaging Corporation. Mr. Chapman received an M.B.A., with High Distinction, from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and graduated from the Bates College."[1]
