Biographical Information
John was appointed to the Rotork "Board in 2008 as a non-executive director. He was previously Group Finance Director of Tate & Lyle plc and Kidde plc. He is also a non-executive director of Mondi plc, Hunting plc and Ceres Power Holdings plc and is a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of the Financial Reporting Council ('FRC'). " [1]
