John T. Morton is the Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Prior to his service in DHS, Morton worked in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. [1]
