"John Tobin is Professor of Practice of Corporate Sustainability at Cornell University, where he teaches, does research, and manages external engagement in the area of sustainable finance. Prior to that he was Managing Director and Global Head of Sustainability at Credit Suisse, where he had broad responsibility for managing environmental and social matters at the bank. Dr. Tobin obtained his B.S. in Biology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and holds a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University as well as a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Among other appointments, Dr. Tobin is co-founder and member of the steering committee of the Coalition for Private Investment in Conservation (CPIC)." [1]
