Joshua Noble State Policy Organizer for the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty.

"As the State Policy Organizer, Joshua focuses on state organizing in Pennsylvanian, coordinates the NCADP website and works on NCADP's conference and other trainings. In 2006 as the Field Director of the No Death Penalty Wisconsin campaign. Joshua also works on national coalition building. Previously he worked for three and a half years as the Project Administrator of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Capital Punishment Project. At the ACLU Joshua coordinated grassroots efforts, including establishing Students Against the Death Penalty. Joshua also was a Legislative Assistant for the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism, where he started his death penalty work. He has a Masters of Social Service from the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work & Social Research and a B.A. from American University in International Relations." [1]
