Biographical Information

"Judy McAllister is a Canadian who transplanted herself to Scotland in 1977 when she became a member of the Findhorn Foundation Community. She has spent the last 25 years living and working in this internationally known spiritual community.

"Although her first and foremost passion is working with people, Judy also spent more than 10 years immersed in the administrative and leadership aspects of the Foundation. For 12 years she was a Trustee of the Foundation and for 5 years was the Focaliser (read MD/CEO). She served as a Director, and as the Chairperson, with the board of New Findhorn Directions which is the trading and commercial arm of the charity. Judy is also a guide and trainer for the Game of Transformation. In 1999 she was one of the founding team for the Findhorn Consultancy Service and has since worked with clients as diverse as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Shell, and small local voluntary groups. Alongside her Consultancy work she acts as coach, mentor and supervisor.

"More recently she has been working closely with Dorothy Maclean (Findhorn founder) developing workshops and trainings and supporting the writing of Dorothy's biography. She has worked in several European countries as well as in Canada, the USA and Brazil. She has attended a number of international conferances as a presenter and has given presentations at the UN in both New York and Geneva. Accustomed to working with groups of mixed nationalities and cultures she brings a wealth of experience to the Edge. " [1]
