Julia Dowling

Julia Dowling "is the Policy and Advocacy Fellow for Jubilee USA Network. She graduated from Smith College where she received a B.A. in History. Before transferring to Smith College, Julia studied Classical Vocal Performance at Temple University and Irish history at University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. Julia has interned in New York City with the public programs department of the Museum of Jewish Heritage as well as the DiCapo Opera Theatre. During her years at Smith College, Julia chaired the Student Global AIDS Campaign, and studied Reconciliation and Development in Durban, South Africa. Julia recently returned from her second summer in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she works on reconciliation and transitional justice through Global Youth Connect. Julia currently lives in Washington, D.C. and is a part of the Brethren Volunteer Service." [1]
