Justice For Kennedy

Background

"William (“Bill”) Kennedy is a great American – though you wouldn’t know it by the way the United States Government has treated him. A former publisher of the Conservative Digest, a supporter and friend of the Reagan Administration, and great patriot of our founding principles, Bill was nevertheless convicted of “white collar crimes” in connection with his rapidly expanding and growing precious metals business, Western Monetary Consultants. In 1994, he was sentenced to an outrageous term of twenty years in federal prison. It wasn’t until after his first appeal was lost, and his first petition for habeas corpus relief was denied, that the full scope of the government wrongdoing in this case became known. And then, because of the technicalities of a Congressional Act passed in 1996, Bill has been unable to even receive so much as a hearing before a judge on the massive, detailed, and sworn evidence he and his lawyer have accumulated proving that he was wrongfully convicted by an assistant federal prosecutor in Denver, Colorado."
