In 2004, a biographical note pointed out that "Kathleen O’Brien Ham recently joined TMobile USA as Managing Director, Federal Regulatory Affairs after 14 years at the FCC as a spectrum policy maker. At the FCC she served on the Spectrum Policy Task Force and the Interagency 3G Working Group. She also was Deputy Chief of both the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis and the Wireless Bureau." [1]
