Source: Bio at the end of his New York Times op-ed, August 8, 2003. The op-ed argued against the current, neocon "manipulate the actors" policy toward Liberia and in favor of a "send in the Marines" policy favored by the Limp (liberal imperialist, or realist) faction that includes the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the New York Times. Cain is the author of "The Rape of Dinah," which is about Liberia, in Human Rights Quarterly (May 1999).
