Kirsten Moore "is an advocate with international and domestic experience in developing and implementing programs and policies that promote women’s ability to prevent unwanted sex, pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease. Ms. Moore first began working with the Project while at Bass and Howes, a public affairs/public policy consulting firm, where she created and implemented programmatic and legislative strategies and campaigns for a variety of reproductive choice and health clients. Previously, she managed the Gender, Family and Development program at the Population Council." [1]
