Laubach Literacy International is a nonprofit (501(c)(3)) "educational corporation dedicated to helping adults of all ages improve their lives and their communities by learning reading, writing, math and problem-solving skills.

"Laubach Literacy International is a nonprofit, educational corporation founded in 1955 by Frank C. Laubach. Its purpose is to enable adults and older youths to acquire the listening, speaking, reading, writing, mathematics and technology skills they need to solve the problems they encounter in daily life; to take advantage of opportunities in their environment; and to participate in the transformation of their society.
"Laubach Literacy has more than 1100 member programs throughout the United States and 90 partner programs in 39 countries worldwide." [1]
