Biographical Information

"He is one of the founding Directors of Developing Potential Ltd a not for profit company set up with Olympian Dr David Hemery CBE to focus on high performance in Business, Education and Sport. He previously spent 25 years working for Cadbury Ltd in senior leadership positions and set up a new Russian subsidiary in 1995 and has worked with a wide range of businesses over the last 10 years including HBOS, Barclays, Siemens, Intel, Europol, European Patent agency UK Hydrogaphic office, AVHLA, Prudential Health and Deloitte.

"In sport he has worked to develop coaching and a strategic leadership in UK Athletics, British Rowing and British Archery. In 2006 Les set up the educational charity 21st Century Legacy with David which introduced the concept of leadership and coaching to year 7 (KS3). The programme is now used in over 150 schools nationally. In the last few year Les has focused more on developing leadership and coaching at senior leadership level in schools and has also work with the education arm of Youth Sport Trust...
