"As AOL EVP and President of Platform-A, Lynda Clarizio oversees the industry’s largest digital advertising platform. Platform-A offers the most comprehensive suite of online marketing solutions powered by the Web’s best advertising technologies.

"Since May 2006, Clarizio has served as President of Advertising.com, which operates the largest third-party display network. Prior to this, Clarizio held several positions at AOL, including Executive Vice President of AOL's Audience Business responsible for strategy, finance and business development. She was also Senior Vice President for corporate strategic and financial planning and Senior Vice President for acquisitions and strategic investments. As part of the latter role, she led AOL's acquisition of Advertising.com.

"Prior to joining AOL in 1999, Clarizio was a partner for seven years in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Arnold & Porter, as well as co-chair of the firm's technology group and a member of the firm's executive committee. For several years, she served as one of AOL's outside counsel on transactional matters.

"Clarizio sits on the board of directors of the Advertising Council, the Interactive Advertising Bureau and Human Rights First, and is a member of the Princeton Women in Leadership Steering Committee. She holds a BA from Princeton University and a JD from Harvard Law School." [1]
