Biographical Information

"Malcolm is a solicitor who heads the Charity and Social Economy Team at Wrigleys Solicitors LLP. He is also Chairman of the Ecology Building Society and Joint Company Secretary of Charity Bank.

"Malcolm introduced the concept of a public share issue by a co-operative with Enterprise Investment Scheme tax relief and was one of the founders of the UK Social Investment Forum. He has advised many ethical, co-operative and social businesses on their share issues, such as the establishment of the Renewable Energy Investment Club.
