Mark Zell (also referred to as Marc Zell), originally of Washington, D.C., is a lawyer based in Jerusalem.
Following the September 11 terrorist attacks he established a joint venture between his Israeli law firm, the U.S. company Shapiro, Sher, Guinot and a local businessman for Israeli companies seeking security related contracts from the Pentagon, the Department of Treasury and the Department of Defense. Zell is also a principal of Feith and Zell, P.C., a lobbying firm established with Douglas Jay Feith to lobby the United States government on behalf of the Turkish, Israeli and Bosnian governments.
