Mark E. Talisman "is a Public Affairs Consultant to emerging democracies and other interests, and served for 18 years as the first Director of the Council of Jewish Federations' Washington Office. He was Founding Vice Chairman of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council from 1980-1986." [1]
