Marlin L. 'Buzz' Hefti
Marlin L. 'Buzz' Hefti "joined Van Scoyoc Associates, Inc. (VSA) as Vice President in 2002 after service as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs in the George W. "Previously, as a defense lobbyist for The Boeing Company, he was responsible for defense and space issues as well as general legislation for major commercial aviation programs and issues. He has served as national security advisor to U.S. Senator John Warner, R-Virginia. A career U.S. Marine Corps officer, he also served as liaison officer to the U.S. House of Representatives while on the staff of the Secretary of the Navy from 1977 through 1980, prior to which he spent three years as director of national news media for the Marine Corps.
