Marshall P. Cloyd

Marshall Cloyd "holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University; he then attended the Harvard Business School MBA program. Currently, he is a chairman of an oil service company operating in the marine sector, with activity in some forty countries over the last nineteen years. Prior to joining InterMarine Incorporated, Mr. Cloyd was a Senior Vice President of Brown & Root, Inc. in Houston, Texas, where he was responsible for strategic planning and new market development for this large diversified engineering and construction company. His prior employment with Brown & Root covered some twenty years of line operating positions prior to a two-year strategic planning assignment, including resident foreign experience covering a decade in both London and Singapore."
