Michael Piuze (last name pronounced "pews") is a Los Angeles attorney who successfully pursued personal injury cases against cigarette maker Philip Morris. Piuze himself is a former 2-pack-a-day Marlboro smoker who started smoking as a teenager and quit in the 1980s as a Christmas present to his daughter. He was the lead attorney in the case of Richard Boeken v. Philip Morris.[1]

Michael Piuze worked with documents-intensive paralegal Ray Goldstein on his tobacco cases.
