Biographical Information

"Michael is Head of Enabling and Analysis at the Homes and Communities Agency where he is responsible for a range of teams that support the delivery of the Agency's investment and enabling programmes. He joined the Agency in 2010 as Head of Strategy, Programme and Performance for the East Midlands, where he was responsible for delivery of a range of programmes in that area.

"Prior to this, Michael worked for central government, representing BIS and DWP policy within the East Midlands, and in local government in a range of policy, business support and change management roles. He began his career working for the Keep Britain Tidy campaign and was seconded from there to Defra to develop national legislation and guidance for improving local environmental quality."[1]
