Biographical Information
"Mr. Michael Williams is the President, Director and founder of Full Metal Minerals (FMM) and he currently oversees the company's corporate development, strategic and operational planning, marketing, and financing. Mr. Williams has significant contacts with both retail and institutional investors and has an extensive investment banking network. He has been directly involved in the mineral exploration business for the past 15 years and was the Chairman and founder of Underworld Resources Ltd. which was recently purchased for $140 million by Kinross Gold Corporation. Mr. Williams is also a Director of several Canadian publically traded mining exploration companies. He was previously Vice President of Atna Resources Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, where he developed and implemented the company's communication and investor relations programs from 1996 through to 2004. Prior to joining Atna Resources, Mr Williams provided public relations counsel to various sectors including: mining, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality, tourism, and government. " [1]
