Mike Boyer is Director of Communications for Humanity United. "Prior to joining Humanity United, he was a senior editor at Foreign Policy magazine, where he worked primarily in the areas of U.S. foreign policy, national security, politics, globalization, and the impact of information and communications technologies. He has appeared as an expert commentator on television and radio for such media outlets as Al Arabiya, Al Jazeera, CBS News, CNN, and NPR. Mike’s writing on international affairs has appeared in the Boston Globe, National Geographic, New Republic, San Francisco Chronicle, Washington Monthly, Weekly Standard, and other publications. Before working as a journalist, Mike served on the legislative staff of U.S. Senator Chuck Hagel, where he covered foreign relations.

"Mike earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Colorado College and a master of arts degree in the history of international relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science." [1]
