Mitchell Tyson

Mitch Tyson, a member of the Board of Directors of Photronics, "is the CEO of Advanced Electron Beams, a privately held developer of electron beam industrial process systems. Prior to this Tyson held positions of increasing management responsibility during his 15-year tenure at PRI Automation, the world's leading supplier of semi-fab materials handling systems. Most recently he served as the Company's CEO from 1998-2002. Prior to joining PRI, he worked at GCA Corporation and served as science advisor to U.S. Senator Paul Tsongas. He is currently Chairman of the Board for AmberWave Systems, the leading supplier of strained silicon technology as well as a member of the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Institute's (SEMI) North American Advisory Board and a member of the Executive Committee of the Massachusetts John Adams Innovation Institute. Tyson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering and Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology."
