Nanette Hartley is "President of Crescent Consulting. She founded the firm in 1994 to assist organizations with strategic change and integration issues, with a specialty in sensitive issues. By partnering with her clients to maximize their learning, she enables organizations to quickly elicit and build on the collective knowledge and commitment of their employees and stakeholders as they plan for and implement change. In 1997 Nanette was one of 27 U.S. consultants selected to lead the visioning and planning work of the U.S. Government's Presidents Summit for America's Future, convened by then President William Jefferson Clinton and former President George Herbert Walker Bush, who also participated, and chaired by Gen. Colin L. Powell.

"Prior to founding the firm, Nanette's work focused on the motivation and leadership of cross-functional teams in marketing, service delivery and strategic planning in the information technology, health and business services sectors. Considered a strategic change agent, she has always been drawn to 'challenge' opportunities. One such opportunity had her commuting to London, where she led an international team composed of all global segments of a Fortune 50 company and its contractual partners in the US, UK and Italy to design and trial the company's first global strategic partnership.

"Nanette received her MBA from MIT and a Masters in Adult Learning from Boston University. She is based in New Jersey, USA."
