Biographical Information

"Neil (British, 36) is a former commercial and environmental lawyer who previously worked in a leading UK law firm and within various EU institutions. Neil co-founded Wilderness Journeys, which, together with its sister entity Wilderness Scotland, has risen to become the UK’s leading environmentally-driven tour operator, winning a range of national and international sustainable tourism awards including the Best Green Tour Operator at the World Travel Awards and being recognized as Europe’s No 1 Adventure Tour Operator. Neil has advised a wide range of conservation organizations seeking to engage with and harness tourism and related enterprise for conservation benefit. As CEO, Neil is responsible for the executive administration of the Conservation Capital group and leads our Conservation Tourism based investment activity." [1]
