Neil P. Simpkins

Mr. Simpkins became one Apria Healthcare "directors in October 2008 and has served as a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group of The Blackstone Group since December 1999. From 1993 until the time he joined Blackstone, Mr. Simpkins was a principal at Bain Capital. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Simpkins was a consultant at Bain & Company in London and the Asia Pacific region. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TRW Automotive Inc. and as a director of Vanguard Health Systems, Inc., Team Health, Inc. and Summit Materials, LLC."
