"Nick joined United Biscuits in 1989 as a graduate production trainee, working through several manufacturing management roles, including setting up a new site to make Hula Hoops, becoming Factory Manager. He moved to Allied Bakeries in 1999 as General Manager of Stoke bakery, becoming Midlands Regional General Manager in 2002, Head of Operations Development in 2006 and Operations Director in 2007."
