Noel Anthony Atkins

Cllr Lt Cdr Noel Anthony Atkins, was the Tory Major of Worthing Borough Council. In 2009 "His appearance at the Big Church Day Out was his first official engagement as the Worthing’s ceremonial head." [1] In 2010 "Cllr Lt Cdr Noël Atkins saw fit to endorse a vacuous piece of twaddle entitled On Your Marks, “a celebration of the Gospel of Mark”. It was published jointly by the Deo Gloria Trust and the International Bible Society." [2]
