Nutri-Ject is "the largest biosolids contracting firm in the upper Midwest."[1] Biosolids is a term used by the sewage industry that refers to sewage sludge. Nutri-Ject provides dredging, sewage sludge analysis, soil analysis, digester cleaning, transportation of sewage sludge, and land application of liquid or dry sewage sludge. Nutri-Ject has offices in Hudson, IA and Junction City, KS and the capacity to apply up to 500,000 gallons of liquid sewage sludge or 300-500 wet tons of dry sewage sludge per day.
