Open North Korea (formerly known as Open Radio for North Korea, ORNK) "broadcasts radio programs to the listeners in North Korea. We mostly transmit programs prepared by the producers to North Korea." [1]

Funding

"The U.S. human rights advocacy group Freedom House, will reportedly give US$25,000 to a Korean NGO, Open Radio for North Korea, the station said on its website Thursday. The money is to support radio programs for families separated by the Korean War. The station said it was the first monetary support from Freedom House for a Korean NGO." [2] (Feb 2007)
