The Palestinian council on Foreign Relations (PCFR), "established in 1998, is a non-profit Palestinian institution which seeks to create a better understanding of political, economic, and strategic issues regionally and globally. The Council seeks to generate new ideas to enrich Palestinian political debate, have an impact on the decision-making process, and enhance Palestinian regional and international relations. The PCFR has a special focus on a wide range of issues including peace, security, economic development and cooperation, civil society, democracy and human rights." [1]
