"Partnerships for Renewables is a developer and operator of commercial-scale onshore wind projects, set up by the Carbon Trust in 2007 to develop, construct and operate wind energy schemes primarily on public sector land...Partnerships for Renewables is currently working with a variety of public sector bodies and private landowners across the UK including the Forestry Commission, Ministry of Justice, Canal & River Trust, the Environment Agency, the Coal Authority, Ipswich Borough Council and Caerphilly County Borough Council. We are also investigating the potential development of a number of wind energy sites in partnership with private sector landlords.
