Patrick F. Murray, "has significant experience in multinational transactions, cross-border investments, and international dispute resolution.

"He has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in major mergers and acquisitions in Europe, including multibillion-dollar transactions in the telecommunications, publishing, leisure and hotel, chemicals, and health care fields. He also has represented both providers of capital and lessors in the aircraft and equipment leasing field and in connection with major infrastructure projects in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Mr. Murray has a long-standing relationship with the asset management industry, having represented managers of both registered and offshore funds in the creation of new funds and ongoing compliance issues in the United States and Europe. He has for many years served on the board of directors of a well-known asset management group, now part of a major Swiss bank.

"Mr. Murray has acted as lead counsel in several major international arbitrations under ICC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL rules. These arbitrations, which involved major construction and infrastructure projects, trade disputes, and contract matters, resulted in multimillion-dollar awards for French, U.S., and Middle Eastern clients. He also has supervised several multijurisdictional litigation matters involving as many as 14 separate proceedings in 12 jurisdictions.

Activities "Mr. Murray has served as president and as a member of the Board of Regents of the Marymount School (1983-1992), a member of the board of trustees of the American School of Paris (1993-1994), and president of Partners in Health-France (a rural health provider in the Third World)." [1]
