"Paula A. Price joined Accenture’s board of directors in May 2014. Paula has been the chief financial officer of Macy’s, Inc., an omni-channel retailer of merchandise, including apparel and accessories, cosmetics and other goods, since July 2018. From 2014 to 2018, Paula was a full-time senior lecturer at Harvard Business School in the Accounting and Management Unit. Prior to joining the faculty of Harvard Business School in 2014, she was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ahold USA, a retailer that operates more than 700 supermarkets in the United States under the Stop & Shop, Giant and Martin’s names, as well as the Peapod online grocery delivery service. At Ahold USA, Paula was responsible for finance and accounting, strategic planning, real estate development and construction, and information technology.

"Prior to joining Ahold in 2009 as chief financial officer of Stop & Shop/Giant Landover, Paula was senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at CVS Caremark. Earlier in her career, she was chief financial officer of the Institutional Trust Services division of JPMorgan Chase and also held senior management positions at Prudential Insurance Co. of America, Diageo and Kraft Foods. A certified public accountant, she began her career at Arthur Andersen & Co.

"Paula previously served on the board of directors of Dollar General Corporation from August 2014 to May 2018 and Western Digital Corporation from July 2014 to February 2019."[1]
