Biographical Information

Paulette Cohen "has worked in the not-for-profit sector for nearly 20 years, in the fields of communications and leadership. She was Head of Publicity for VSO, and Communications Director for Save the Children, when she also chaired the International Save the Children Alliance Global Communications Group. She was Deputy Chief Executive of the Windsor Leadership Trust until September 2010, and is now Associate Director (Global Community Investment) at Barclays Bank. She is a Non-Executive Board member of BTCV." [1]

"Paulette is currently Associate Director, Global Community Investment, at Barclays where she is responsible for leading the development and delivery of Barclays global partnerships with international development charities. She joined Barclays in September 2010, having previously spent six years as Deputy Chief Executive of the Windsor Leadership Trust working with senior leaders across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

"From 1999 to 2005, Paulette led the communications function at Save the Children and before that at VSO. She began her career at The Conservation Volunteers in marketing and publicity roles and is delighted to be reconnected to the organisation having been appointed to the Board in 2009.

"Paulette has been a trustee of the Bristol/Burkina Faso-based charity Tree Aid since 2003, and is also an Ambassador for Think Global - the Development Education Association. She is a Geography graduate with a certificate in Marketing and is an alumnus of the Windsor Leadership Trust's Newly Appointed Strategic Leaders Programme." [2]
