Biographical Information
hilip was appointed to the Carillion "Board in October 2004 becoming Chairman in May 2005. He is Chairman of both the Nominations Committee and the Business Integrity Committee. Philip is also Chairman of Aggreko plc and Bunzl plc. He was an Executive Director of BG plc from 1992 to 1998, latterly as Deputy Chairman. " [1]
