Ramez Sousou "is Founder and co‐CEO of TowerBrook Capital Partners. TowerBrook is an international private equity and investment firm operating in Europe and the United States. It has assets under management of $5 billion.

"Mr. Sousou was previously co‐Head of Soros Private Equity and was a member of the Management Committee of Soros Fund Management. Prior to that, he was a senior member of the Principal Investments group of Goldman Sachs.

"Mr. Sousou sits on a number of corporate boards, including Jimmy Choo, GSE, Odlo, PolymerLatex, Archimica, AutoDistribution and Haymarket Financial.

"Mr. Sousou is a Founder and Chairman of the Private Equity Foundation, the leading European venture philanthropy organization. He is a Trustee of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), where he is also Chairman of the National Development Board. Mr. Sousou is Chairman of Alpha Partners.

"He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School." [1]
