Biographical Information

"Ranjana is the director of specialist consultancy rba Equality and Diversity which she established in May 1998. She has 20 years of experience working on equality and diversity issues in both the public and the voluntary sectors. Previously she was a teacher for children with special needs and worked in Higher Education and in Local Government on equal opportunity policies and practice. She is currently a member of the Employment Tribunals in Newcastle and is a Commissioner for the Women's National Commission. She is also a trustee for The Angelou Centre and The Foundation for Good Governance." [1]
