Biography

Dr. R. Hopkins is located at the Bureau of Epidemiology, Florida Department of Health, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Building 6-HSDE, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0700. He is a fact witness as State Epidemiologist. Dr. Hopkins currently serves as the State Epidemiologist of Florida, as well as: Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics at USF College of Public Health: and, Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, University of School of Medicine. Dr. Hopkins graduated Magna cum Laude at Harvard (1968); He received his MD at University of Pennsylvania (I 974) and his MSPH from University of Colorado (1997). He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine. He is also involved with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
