Robert C. Dinerstein "recently served as the Global Co-Chair of the Financial Institutions Practice at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, a full service international law firm. Before that, he was a senior executive with UBS Investment Bank where his roles included Vice Chairman, Americas, Global General Counsel, and member of the Management Committee and Board. Mr. Dinerstein's tenure at UBS included oversight of all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining UBS, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Shearson Lehman Brothers and also was Vice President and General Counsel of Citicorp's Investment Bank. Mr. Dinerstein has specialized in banking and securities regulation, new product development and international capital markets issues. In addition, as general counsel of three major investment banks, he has overseen many acquisitions and divestitures, including major merger transactions. Mr. Dinerstein was a member of the Board and Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Medarex, Inc., until its acquisition by Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2009. He is currently Chairman of Crossbow Ventures, Inc., a Florida based venture capital firm and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Michigan Law School." [1]

He is married to Marti Dinerstein.
