Biographical Information

"In a public service career spanning nearly three decades, Judge Robert H. Henry has been honored to serve in each branch of the US Government. He held the positions of Dean and Professor of Law at the Oklahoma City University School of Law, and in 1994, President Clinton appointed him to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. In 2008, he became Chief Judge. Judge Henry is also a member of the Board of Directors for the VERA Institute of Justice and is a Life Member of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the National State Attorneys General Program, on the Advisory Board for the Judicial Outreach Program of the American Society of International Law, and is on the Board of the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative and is currently Chair of its Middle East/North Africa (MENA) Council. He has recently been appointed as President of Oklahoma City University."[1]
