Biographical Information
"Robert is Director of Investment Affairs at The Association of British Insurers and a Senior Adviser at Lazard. He was previously Director General of The Takeover Panel, on secondment from Lexicon Partners, where he was Vice Chairman. Prior to joining Lexicon Partners, he was Co-Head of the Global Financial Institutions Group and Head of German Investment Banking at Citigroup Global Capital Markets. He was appointed a trustee in 2007." [1]
