Rocio Campos

Rocio Campos "joined the Center's International Budget Project (IBP) in September 2000. She facilitates communication among NGOs doing budget work in developing countries through such activities as publishing the IBP's bimonthly newsletter (which is available in English, French, Russian, and Spanish) and designing and maintaining the IBP site www.internationalbudget.org, list-serve, and electronic library to keep them current, comprehensive, and responsive to the needs of civil society groups and donor agencies involved in applied budget work. Campos has worked with several organizations, including the Latin American Center of Globalization in Mexico City, the Helen Kellogg Institute for International Studies in the U.S., and the Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research in Sweden. Campos obtained her MA in International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame and her BA in International Affairs from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She has also studied at the University of California (Berkeley), La Sorbonne, and the European University in Austria." [1]
