Roger D. Cagle is Executive Vice President Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of SOCO International plc and has served as a member of the Board April 1997. Cagle has "[o]ver 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including succeeding positions of responsibility with Exxon Corporation and senior management roles with Superior Oil Company.
